This product meets requirements of California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1168.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Weld-On® 2007 is a fast drying clear solvent cement. Since it is water thin, it may be applied by brush, syringe, spray and most other methods to fuse the two surfaces in contact. The rapid cure formula is strong enough to allow handling of bonded items within a few minutes. Relatively high strength is reached in 24 to 48 hours and continues to increase for a number of weeks. Joined materials will generally have the same rigidity or flexibility and other physical properties as prior to bonding.
When a medium-bodied cement is required, Weld-On 4007 is recommended

Specifically developed for bonding rigid vinyl and foamed PVC to themselves and each other.
BONDING RECOMMENDATIONS
Use where a water-thin cement is desired on PVC. Suitable for many fabrications, a few applications are:
